Generation of silt, in open drain is due to mixture of water and dry waste in open drain, resulting to clogging of drain during monsoon season and in general conditions too.
During drain cleaning process, it is observed that silt in liquid semi solid form is kept in open, alongside drains, for letting the water drain, during this process, at times, it is observed that the dry waste is not collected in time, rather it is helped by wind speed to carry back to adjoining residential / Commercial areas.
This process has been found to be very “HAZARDOUS”, and, have been addressed by ‘MoEF and Climate Change’.
The process of separating water from silt, and, then transporting waste sludge have been successfully addressed by ‘RG Associates” as “Brand Vinayak Open Drain Silt Carrier- (ODSC), available in different sizes and capacities depending upon application and usage.
